Bought this for my son for 10 months because you lose every night. Although my son is only 10 months, wearing clothes Mon 12-18, and these are very big on him. They also seem to him a rash all over the world in contact with the skin (maybe he just sensitive skin?) In a very wet night, when he was still leaks through this, so I actually use regular underwear and pants on diaper plastic under the leak to him (and his Onsi humidity!) Overall, they work very well.I wash his sheets much less when I use it.
