Grab a measuring tape, and the rest is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Waist. Measure the circumference of your child's belly at the level of their navel.
2. Thigh. Measure the circumference of your child's thigh, in line with their inguinal crease (where your child's leg meets their trunk.).
